"Rachael is simply fantastic, always goes above and beyond to make sure both human and horse are happy. I bought my mares saddle 7 years ago and with Rachael’s help it’s still going strong and fits like a glove. Sass is a very sensitive mare, since Rachael has worked with her she’s been a lot happier and we’ve seen masses of improvement. She’s gone from being tense all over to being soft and comfortable. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with the most important piece of equipment we use and my horses comfort."

"Having grown up with Rachael I've known her a long time, there is literally nobody I trust more with not only my ponies but also my kids! Rachael has a wealth of knowledge and experience and she's fitted numerous saddles on numerous ponies for us, re-fitted saddles from one pony to another when we've needed it and always made sure that the ponies, mum and the little jockeys are happy and comfortable. She also helps keep our ponies in tip-top shape and ready for action with her McTimony sessions. Rachael takes time with each visit and tailors to each pony's needs individually, taking into account their workload and varying activities. She is always happy to explain things and help the kids learn too. All of this is done with a smile and professionalism. We currently have 4 ponies and the 3 in work LOVE their Arena GP and Wintec pony saddles from Rachael.. with no complaints from the pre-teens either! Thank you"
